Haj Hasan recounts his ordeal during the 1948 Nakba when he was expelled from Palestine, ultimately residing in a refugee camp in Jordan, where he still resides to this day. It’s disheartening to witness the repetition of history 75 years later, as we observe Palestinians being forced to flee and coming under attack in Gaza.
